We had a carpet emergency caused by significant spillage of darkly colored liquid that soaked deeply into the carpet pad up some stairs. I called Top Notch and asked for help. James, the owner, was able to re-​arrange his schedule to get me in first thing the next morning. Nice!
He arrived promptly with his son. Professional and courteous. Answered all questions. Then he proceeded to restore my carpets to new condition. The huge stain was repaired perfectly down to the pad, no recurrence. And other stains I assumed were permanent were removed as well. The carpet all looks great.
The price was fair, in and out in less than an hour. And he gave me a bunch of shoe covers for my family to use while the carpet dried. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had James out at house to clean some carpets prior to us putting the house on the market. I had contacted James on Monday and he provided me with a reasonable quote told me he could squeeze me in the Wednesday afternoon. James texted me about thirty minutes prior to his arriving on Wednesday to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, was very pleasant and professional, and went to work. The carpet came out looking great. We used another company to clean the same carpet six months ago and the carpet did not look nearly as good as it does now.
I would highly using Top Notch carpet Cleaning. The price is fair, their standards are high, they show up on time, work hard, and do an outstanding job. It is a very nice family business that provided us outstanding service for a good price. There is not much more you can ask for than that.

James at Top Notch Carpet Cleaning is amazing!!! We have had him come and clean our carpets for years and every time we are thrilled with the job he does. This past week we had him out to clean our carpets after three children had done what they could to destroy them. My carpets were practically sparkling when he left. No stains no residue. JUST CLEAN. Twenty minutes after James left my son threw up on my his carpet. I called Top Notch and James gladly returned, no complaints and NO CHARGE my carpets were restored to their sparkling wonder!!! This is a stand up company that truly runs on old school principals. Take care of the customer and they will take care of you!

James is the owner operator of this operation. Professional and friendly. What i liked most was that each time i called he answered immediately even if he was in the middle of something. Another company i called i always got the answering machine or someone who didn’t care for my particular needs. Why I chose James out of all the rest was simply his demeanor, patience in answering my questions, and awesome rates. While other competitors charged by Sq footage, James did it by how many rooms and didn’t try to nickel and dime everything. Best of all his service area is huge. Other companies wouldn’t come out to my area to do business.
End result was that I got clean carpets and James went above and beyond in even helping my GF locate a furnace filter in the house which he didn’t need to do. Will definitely do business again.

James had a full day and managed to squeeze me in early in the am.
Our basement carpet/​stairs were filthy from dirty shoes and the kids spilling food, candy, etc He was so professional, kind, showed up right on time and shared information about the work he’d done. The carpet literally looks brand new. His prices are amazing. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

My first call to James was at 7 in the evening and he answered! He walked me through the various pricing options and I let him know that we had a very tight window of opportunity to get our new house cleaned before we started moving in. He made time in the evening and we set an appointment over the phone.
James called a few days before to verify the appointment and then called the day of to let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late. No big deal being a few minutes late since it was in the evening traffic, but big kudos for calling to let me know!
James and his son did a great job cleaning the carpet and get most of the staining from the previous owner out. There were a few bad stains, but they are now gone to the point that guests can hardly see them and we can only tell because we knew they were there before.
There was one room in the house that had some sort of floor cover that was stuck down and when removed the carpet was very sticky with the left behind glue. This was greatly improved after cleaning the carpets and was fine by us, but James was adamant that he wanted to come back with a different product to make it perfect.
I have had limited success with other carpet cleaners at past personal homes and various rentals that I own or manage, but James is my go-​to guy now!
