I was going to grab a breakfast sandwich here, however I had to use the restroom 1st, an employee was also in there at the same time, after doing her business she walked straight out and back to work! You read it right she DIDN’T stop to wash her hands and went right back to work!!! Leaving me to walk right out the door. No breakfast sandwich today or ever at this Carl’s Jr!!! If I could have given no stars I would have!

Drive thru is the most incompetent in town. Due to religious restrictions, my husband requested no bacon on his burger. These people placed the bacon regardless. Once contacting the manager about this, we were informed that the meal would be compenssted for with a $ 14 credit. Once we arrive to collect(same day) on said credit, the cashier rudely informs us that we need to pay for the order. This is after we explained our earlier situation. Also, this is after consulting her manager. Now, the manager tells us that they will cover the cost of the burger. Which means we would have to pay for the meal. The very meal they screwed up. $ 14 credit be dammed. After receiving this information we opted to leave the restaurant empty handed. Also, after they way were treated by employees and management alike, we would highly encourage you to eat else where. Shoot…we need eat healthier any way.

I ate at this Carl’s over a year ago, the only meal I ate that day. In the middle of the night, I got so sick and vomited everything eaten there. Within a couple days I contacted the District Mgr.(I believe) and was told there were cameras everywhere so no employee could do something to the food… right! On August 29, 2014… I decided to use a coupon(that they send out in flyers) and try that place again. I ordered only 2 burgers and went home. When I went thru the drive thru, the gal seemed irritated I was using a coupon and when she walked behind the counter(out of my view), my 6th sense told me… this is not good. Another person in front gave me the bag with the burgers and I went home to eat. I was leery but decided to give it a chance. After my first bite I realized there was no ‘hamburger meat’ in either Hamburgers. I took the bag & burgers immediately back and spoke to this supervisor(who did this). After an exchange, she admitted taking the burger meat out. NEVER… NEVER again. If you do decide to eat here, DON’T USECOUPONS!

Food here is good but it is extremely greasy. So, I definitely would shy away from eating here every day. The workers tend to be nice, but I often have issues with an order mix up. It’s happened to me twice already and frankly I find it a bit unacceptable. IT’s a fast food restaurant so you shouldn’t go here expecting much. I was just hoping they would get my order right.

This is my first time at this fast food chain. I like the fact that they offered a green menu for healthy eating. I ordered the turkey burger for my daughter & I. The burger was good. I’ve had better, but this does compare to a McDonald’s or Burger King to me. The customer service we received was good. The restrooms were clean, our order was prepared to our request, & the service was quick.

Had my first-ever visit to a Carl’s a few days ago. Yup, 37 years old and never been. It was nice to see I haven’t been missing anything. Sampled a few chicken sammies and there was definitely nothing worth noting. I’m told the breakfast food is great though, so, perhaps another trip is in order to see if Carl’s is more of a morning person than I am.

I really like carls jr. This location is ok, I sometimes get hassled for money while walking in. I have learned to get my six dollar burger fix at other locations.

Not impressed by the biscuits. All this promo and hoopla about these biscuits and they’re no better than what u can get at McD’s or JIB. I went outta my way to go here and was very disappointed. Crappy, crunchy biscuit. I’ve waited in line for better cheese(true story). And the bacon was so thin the taste was… wait. There was no taste. Carls jr has some if the best coupons in the burger biz. That’s the only way I would return. 2 for $ 2.22? They were only worth a buck anyway!

This Carl’s Jr has always been good to me. It’s the closest one to me so when I have a craving for greasy, unhealthy, yet delicious and fast breakfast, Carl’s Jr is my go to spot. They have the best tasting biscuits of any fast food breakfast place. I’ve only ever used the drive thru, but the service has always been fast and friendly. I don’t always expect a fast food place to be consistent, so yeah, sometimes I go and the food is better than other times. No major complaints over here!

Drive-thru experience only, and it was borne of desperation. We had several errands to run in the area, and thought a quick breakfast from Carl’s Jr would be a good idea. We know better, now. We each got a biscuit(the sausage, egg and cheese combo for me and the«monster» biscuit for him) and shared the«hash browns» and orange juice that came with my combo. The best I can say is that, a) even though the drive-thru lane was a bit packed, they got us through quickly, and 2) the girl working the window was one of the most friendly fast food employees I’ve ever encountered. As to the food, I had to choke mine down. The biscuit certainly wasn’t fresh, even at 9:30 in the morning. The top was hard and crunchy, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour(surely not!) The flavor of the whole sandwich was bland — I didn’t get anything from the sausage patty, and the waxy cheese scared me a bit. The hash brown tots(for lack of a better term) were cold and soggy, not crispy at all. The beagles got most of them, though I didn’t share too much because the one things those tots *were* was salty. I don’t know why I was so surprised by this, but I was. Well, maybe not surprised so much as disappointed. Yeah, I don’t know why I was so disappointed — it’s fast food, after all, and not our first choice for food. But, it was convenient and cheap, and the drive-thru girl was friendly, so they get stars for that.

I work graveyard so Carl’s jr is what I get most of the time for lunch… I buy the regular hamburger with small fries. not to fancy… when I go in its very nice and quiet… very business like… I really like it… the employees keep the shop clean and neat… I don’t have to Sit at a dirty table… I give 80 out of 100 because the bathroom needs some cleaning it smells most of the time not sure if its the sewer or what.

I was oddly impressed when I decided to go drive-thruing here tonight for dinner. I was craving a turkey burger and I remembered that I hadn’t had one from here in a long time. Well anyways, the drive thru lady was incredibly nice! Not just courteous but actually sincerely nice to me! Service was quick, no waiting and then my turkey burger came out to perfection! …and the story ends with me writing this review… The end!

Disclaimer: I love Carl’s Jr.‘s food for some reason. The food here was prepared correctly and they didn’t mess up the order. But my gripe was the not so fast food. I was trying to grab a bite to eat before I went into work close by and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Thinking that I had enough time I ordered it for dine in. Only when it was getting closer to the start of my shift did I go up front to inquire about my order did they start trying to put it all together. So all in all I had to ask for it to go and I had to eat in a dark corner at work where customers couldn’t see me. Overall: –Pros: Good food, didn’t mess up my order –Cons: Slow preparation of food

Pros: They have a semi functioning drive-thru! Cons: Poor service, slow, sloppy Quick Synopsis: I’ve never expected a whole lot going into fast food but this particular Carl’s Jr. disappointed enough I though it was review worthy. The lady working the drive through didn’t know if bacon came on one of their burgers. That was fine I don’t expect every employee to know everything, but I’m not sure what happened after I asked and she said, «just a minute» all I know is that she didn’t come back with my answer. Luckily after asking a second time and waiting for another minute she came back with the answer. It didn’t, so I asked to add bacon. Of course they didn’t add bacon, except on the receipt(my bad for not checking before I got home). Additionally the fry box was upside down in the bag, and the burger was thrown together very poorly with all the toppings to one side… I think next time I’ll go to any of the other 100 or so fast food places in the area.

If you’ve read my other Carl’s Jr reviews, you’ll know that while i like the food, service keeps killing the reviews. This one I’ve been to once, and since everything came out OK, they get 4 stars. I dined in for a really late lunch, getting a little calm on my own in the dining room with my chicken teriyaki sandwich(with those radio ads featuring George Takei going OOOhhhh Myyyyyy!) Not unlike my local Carl’s Jr, my order came to me properly and quickly. Amazing! And that chicken teriyaki burger is good stuff. The dining room goes for a fifties retro feel, with pictures of old timey Carls Jr restaurants and metal counters and tables and some taller tables. Better than the rest home look at my local Carls. So this one gets 4 stars: nice décor, good service, and tasty fast food. gotta love getting Fried Zucchini. Since when were vegetables bad for you!

Is it a coincidence that the voice over for all the Carl’s Jr. T.V. and radio spots sounds like he’s sitting on the sh**ter? Nah, they were just foreshadowing what’s to come if you eat here at the tail end of your night. Would I ever eat here soberly? Probably not, but desperate drunk munchie times call for desperate drunk munchie measures. It’s like an inebriated hookup… While it’s going down it’s all good in the hood, but the next day you’re saying to yourself«Damn it! Why did I do that!!!» I will say this though, the drive through attendant was about as nice of an employee as you will ever meet. For all the drunk idiots that probably roll through here after hours it takes some kind of person not to whip a milkshake through the drivers side window. Let alone be extremely pleasant. I’d like to say that after my last day after stomach ache that I’ll never go to a Carl’s again, but that’s like saying you’re never drinking after a wild party weekend.

I have had a long and illustrious love affair with Carl’s Jr. It is the only fast food restaurant I go to(except maybe Del Taco once-in-a-while.) That is because they have good food, it is somewhat healthy and they broil their meats-which cuts down on a lot of the bad stuff you get from frying. This location is the one I always visit and I was taken aback today when I actually didn’t go through the drive-thru; parked my car and came in! The place had been totally re-modeled and made over into a old-time malt shop and diner. The color schemes, lighting fixtures, framed copies of menus from yesteryear all screamed NOSTALGIA! It really evoked a nice, old-fashioned appeal and I liked it. I asked the cashier about how long it had been like that and she told me about 10 months-ha! That shows just how drive-thru inclined I really am-I had no idea. The food is good too. I am no fan of those natural cut fries either, but I give Carl’s Jr. credit for trying. The $ 6 Burgers are divine-despite the visual turn-off of Paris Hilton putting her dirty heiress mouth all over one in those old commercials! My son adores the Crispy Chicken and grilled Chicken sandwiches and the Chocolate Mint milk shakes-when they had them-were da bomb! My fav is the fried zucchini-I know-it’s fried, but they are so good and the batter is light –dipped into Ranch dressing-Yummy! Even their new ultra strength coffee they sell is not bad. The bacon-and-egg breakfast burrito’s are tasty for breakfast. I have known the manager of this location since when I worked at Henry’s across the driveway. I have always had great service here, except for a not very bi-lingual drive-thru cashier a while back who needs more English as a 2nd Language instruction-she managed to goof up a couple of my orders. But really-it was no big deal. I say visit Carl at this sock-hop location and then you can shake your finger at your kids and say: This is how the great diners used to be… and maybe still are!

I’m not a huge Carl’s Jr. fan on the whole, but I’ve had some decent food from a Carl’s before. Just not from this locale. I’ve been here twice. The first time I was having a jones for a chocolate shake, which was $ 3.99 for a small shake(one size fits all) that he only filled up half way. He then shoved the whipped cream can all the way down into the glass and filled it up the rest of the way with whipped cream to disguise my half-full cup. When I made a comment like, «Kind of light on the actual shake, eh?», hoping he’d get the hint, he explained to me how the whipped cream always spills out. Uh, that’s why you have a domed lid, slick. Whatever. On my 2nd trip, I went with a friend and we just got Famous Star combos with cheese. We were hungry and it was convenient. The fries were flaccid and cold, the burgers(well, my burger) had that funny Carl’s Jr. smell. It’s like faux flamebroil scent. I wonder if they make that in a magic tree air freshener… And, I really don’t subscribe to the idea that it has to ooze all over the front of you to be a decent meal. I don’t like my burgers with 4 cups of mayo and ketchup squirting out the sides and sliding all around. Contrary to Carl’s Jr.‘s slogan, it doesn’t have to get all over the place and this certainly doesn’t belong in my face.
