The business name says it all… every employee I interacted with was beyond kind, accommodating, and best of all, honest. I took my car in with several concerns, and after a quick check they let me know half the problems I thought I had were very minor adjustments or non-​issues (ex: previous mechanic told me I urgently needed to exchange my coolant fluid, Mike let me know I would be ok for several thousand more miles). They are truly interested in helping their clients, not just the dollar amount of each transaction. 5 Stars without a doubt, THANK you so much!

Another great Unilocal recommendation! Shop is not very flashy but Mike, the owner, is a great guy. I called ahead and he was very helpful on the phone. My check engine light was on and he explained to me exactly what the problem was said he could fix the problem for me that afternoon. He also let me know that I could live with the problem so he wasn’t very pushy about getting the work done that day. I figured since I was there I would just get it done. I was in and out within a few hours and next time there is a problem with my car I will be heading back there.

Currently sitting in the autoshop waiting for my oil change to be complete. Mike is very personable and let’s you know upfront they are all about Integrity here! I was offered water/​soda throughout my visit and the entire staff was friendly and inviting. I will definitely come back for my next oil change and will be referring friends and family in meed of car services :) Two thumbs up!

I have been visiting Integrity Plus auto since 2012. Integrity beats everyone in price and great service. I moved from Mira Mesa area to Friars. Last week my old Ford Focus started giving problems with engine heating up. Took to a nearby Mechanic shop. After inspection they told that the radiator and the hose has leak and gave me an estimate of $ 1140 for the fix. I really doubted them. I thought of selling the car instead of repairing. on second thought I called Integrity and scheduled an appointment today. They fixed everything for me for $ 434 which is almost ¹⁄₃^rd the price. Mike is too good.

Mike and his crew are amazing. I took my Volvo in this morning because my check engine light came on right when I pulled into work. I called Isabella that handles the front of the shop and she said when can I get there, I said 5 minutes (I work down the street) I get there and Mike jumps right in to see what the problem is, has his guy run the code to see what it was and when it came back as a coil in cylinder #2 I am thinking this is going to be expensive. But it wasn’t. They jumped right in and got to work, fixed it within the hour and only $ 165. I couldn’t have asked for better service both to me and my Volvo! Thank you so much Integrity!

If you are looking for a place to take your car stop immediately and re-​route your gps to this shop (safely of course). Now that you have done this make sure to introduce yourself to the owner, and enjoy the services they have to offer.
I hate taking my car to get fixed, and that is mostly due to me being pissed something is wrong. Fortunately I had the pleasure of coming here. The owner is friendly, outgoing, charismatic, and will work on your car personally to ensure satisfaction. By far hands down the best shop in this area. There also isn’t any bs’ing like other shops. They don’t try to screw you over, and they’ll be upfront and recommended you to somewhere if you need speciality work done.

Shop has changed over the past few months. They’re really busy and didn’t solve my problem. I took my car in a couple of times for the same issue and after the second visit, they told me they ordered the part (a transmission solenoid). I ask for a cost for repair and the front desk tells me they’ll get to me later that day. I call every day for the following 3 days and they just keep telling me they’ll get back to me later in the day. So finally I get fed up and demanded an explanation. They call me later in the day and say they can’t fix the issue because «it’s a Hyundai» without any further explanation. Very unprofessional from their standpoint, and even worse that they dragged me on and just dumped me now.
I couldn’t even get in touch with Mike, the mechanic. All the communication was through the front desk secretary. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Funny thing is I recommended my friend here right before this entire ordeal. That’s the thanks I get for referring business to them.

Mike is too good to be true. A really friendly and competent mechanic.

Mike is amazing!!! Brought my car into his shop with an over heating problem. He diagnosed the issue as a leak and found the part to fix it in no time. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive service.
The whole process worked out flawlessly with no problems. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I didn’t have to worry about any unnecessary up sales or shadiness.
I encourage anyone with car problems to go to Integrity Plus Auto.

I don’t usually post anything on Unilocal,but my experience with mike was fantastic. Something very basic was messed up with my Nissan 350z and he told me to bring it in. I was expecting to pay at least a service fee and he put my car in the shop took a look at it and told me it would take five minutes. Never asked me to replace the part or tried to ask anything about money. In ten minutes my car was fixed and ready to go and he gave me a hand shake and said thank you come again. Flawless. I’ll be back.

Best service I’ve had with any mechanic! Mike ordered my o2 sensor hoping that would fix the problem, he installed it and after I drove off my engine light came back on. Turns out my catalytic converter is bad, he put my car back on the lift and refunded me for the entire service, integrity indeed! Now he’s helping find the best price for my catalytic converter. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks Mike!

Super friendly service attitude, when I was waiting my transmission fluid change they provide me water and checked on me a lot to see if I’m bored or not. Will come back fosho

My car was making scraping, grinding noises so I figured it was time to get the brakes checked. Integrity Plus came through for me. They quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted me a very fair price. The staff was kind and hospitable, especially Isabel, who even gave me a ride to and from work while my car was being worked on. I’m definitely going back to Integrity Plus for my next service. Thanks guys!

Mike is fricken awesome! I called in regarding a couple issues on my car. He told me to bring it in and he would look at it for free. (which he did)
Then he fixed some minor things I had asked about. (sun shade) FOR FREE.
I drive a BMW and to get brakes and new rotors are expensive as hell! Mike got the best parts and made sure it did not break my bank!
These guys always get my car fixed right and ON TIME! he uses the best parts on my car and always treats me and all his customers like family! Hes also worked on my gfs car a bunch! Brakes, check engine lights etc.
Would not recommend anywhere else.

Mike is literally the best guy we ever met (can’t say the same for the tow truck driver though — he was borderline stupid). Anyways mike was there after hours and was the most honest, fun, genuine guy I’ve ever met. He looked at my car for free and fixed my battery without charging a dime! He was honest and upfront about my options and his prices! I will never go anywhere else — not even for an oil change! It’s hard to find this kind of hospitality and service in a large city, but he has earned my business for the next 2 000 000 years :)

Best auto shop experience I’ve ever had! This is how the call went:
Me: I have a coolant light on in my Porsche Cayenne
Mike: Come in, we’ll look at it free
Me: yeah right, I’ve heard that before, can I come now
Mike: sure
Sure enough I came, Mike and his employee spent 30 minutes looking at my car, topping off the coolant and making sure the other fluids were ok. They checked for leaks and told me everything was ok. I tried to pay and he refused to take my money. I tried to pay again and he gently walked me out to my car with a big grin on his face, still refusing to take my money. To say this is an unexpected experience at this type of business is a huge understatement, this type of customer service doesn’t exist at auto shops.
Mike is also super personable, highly intelligent and really good at cars. I’m so happy to have a place and person that I can trust to take my car for anything it needs. I’ll be a customer for life!

Mike is literally like an uncle to me or a father figure I never had! LOL. You dont meet genuine people like this too often. When I was out of work, the first person I went to was my mechanic (random I know), but this guy not only has a bunch of auto experience but LIFE experience and he will take care of you AND your family beyond belief! I’ve learned so much about my car that I think I may be at the point to of being able to change my own tranny and I swear I think Mike would let me in his own shop! I kid you not!
I have never ever met anyone with such great service and INTEGRITY before and most times I’m almost excited just to go by and say hey. No matter what kind of job you have he will do it or come up with a creative way to save you money and get the job done!

The definition of the word ‘integrity’ states: «adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.»
Integrity Plus Auto Service is a shining example in the application of that word. :)
Before I called Integrity Plus, most of the shops I called were a complete nightmare when it came to simply trying to translate «my problem» and «my vehicle» to the phone picker upper.
They do not have a «phone picker upper» at Integrity Plus Auto — they have an awesome woman (Grace?) that not only was able to capture my information into their database, but she was super tuned into the life vibe of the shop. She gave me advisement on time to come in, she seemed to have some actual understanding of the problem I called in with — and could respond appropriately — instead of defaulting to «.um, i dunno».
When I came in, I was seen at the time I was promised, Mike came out, sat in the lobby and chatted with me to get the story behind the issue of my car. That was such a fresh breath of air, as usually I get shoved aside and shown an insane & exorbitant quote that i don’t understand after someone spends 4.5 mins at my vehicle…
He went to check out the vehicle, and then came back to me and told me he wanted to show me what was with the issue I came in for… which was RAD. I had tried to fix the problem myself with the help of my Dad, but needless to say, we are not professional mechanics and Mike & the subsequent shop he referred me to, could tell. lol :)
Mike showed me my issue, tried to resolve it — but realized I would be better serviced by another automotive specialist. He really tried to at least get it resolved to the point of my car was no longer open for robbers, but when he realized it was going to be a pain in the butt, he defaulted to an expert, and gave me the name, number, drawn map of where to go. I kid you not — I have not known a mechanic in recent days that would ever be willing to allow my $$ to go to another shop so straight up and genuinely.
Mike was honest, he was ethical… and he showed me why they call this place Integrity Plus Auto.
I don’t wanna say I can’t wait to bring my car back to Mikes, because car problems suck — but when I do have to cross that bridge, I will absolutely be bringing it to Mike’s shop. Integrity Plus Auto Service is awesome — if you want some straight shooters, this is your shop. :)

This place is super difficult to find and parking is so limited. Doesn’t help when there’s like 6+ other mechanic shops in that plaza.
Almost did an oil change here but thankfully I opted out after owner was constantly insisting that my car needed full synthetic oil for my oil change. I already told them I did synthetic blend in the past and he refused to do it so I left. Not cooperating with the customer is one thing but being so firm on what my car needs and being incorrect is another. Went to another place and they immediately knew that synthetic blend was fine for my car. I’d suggest to know ahead of time what you need or be in for a surprise and pay a premium for something you don’t need.
