Tuan and Lydia are just very nice people who happen to run a reputable and reliable MB repair shop. I just bought a 2003 E55 last summer, and cringing at the thought of taking to the dealer, I decided I’d go see Tuan first. Tuan did a service C on it for a little more than half of what the SDMB quoted me. Don’t get hosed at the dealer, bring your Benz to Tuan. He is extremely knowledgeable, and MEM should be your first choice for MB work of any scope. I’m sending my sister-​in-​law there today to have Tuan look at her 2005 E320.

I had such a great B service with them just a few weeks ago! I have a mercedes c300 and they were able to fit me in when they were super busy! They gave me over 4 pages of info of everything they checked and made recommendations without me feeling pressured to buy stuff. I felt they were really honest and I felt I was in good hands. And they washed my car! Definitely will use them again!

These guys are awesome! Can’t say enough great things! Brought in my SL55 AMG and they diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day. Excellent prices compared to the dealership. Tuan and Michael are incredibly knowledge, caring and nice. I will be bringing my MB and the wife’s here no doubt!

I took my car to a different shop to get a problem fixed (my car was noisy and vibrating more than usual). There was an engine mount issue and they advised me to replace one. A few months later, the problem got worse, so I took my car to Mercedes European Motors. After inspection, they suggested the replacement of all engine mounts to keep my car balanced. Now my car is running perfectly, and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Lydia is also very sweet and a pleasure to deal with, as is Tuan, who I believe is the owner. He is an expert with European cars, and I regret not having taken my car here in the first place to save money.

Great service. Toke my c250 for a Service A, faster and cheaper than dealership and do go through the Service A list as the dealership. Provided Wifi while I was waiting. And when it was done, they washed my car too. If I am in SD again and need service, I will definitely come back here’s.

Did maintenance on my S430 and am very happy with the results.

I went in to get my coolant level checked and my oil change light turned off since the place i got my oil change done didnt know how to turn it off. They employees here were very sweet and quick! I went in with no appointment, and I was out of there within 10 min! Ill definitely be back for all my car service needs! Thank you :)

Just simply the best Mercedes Benz service ever! Tuan and his staff are awesome. The reasonable rates versus the dealer rates is refreshing. Great care is a constant theme. Knowledge based team just the best! Mercedes s550 owner.

I took my car back for some more work. Tuan did a fantastic job again. The experience was great from customer service to job completion, promptness and pricing. Tuan informed me that there was one more item that needs to be fixed but he said that it is not a rush and I can wait until later this year.

The customer service is so bad. My headlight bulb was fused and needed replacement. Mercedes delarship would do it on the cost of the part (like $ 8). I was in meramesa and for convenience I took my car to this mechanic.
The front lady made me wait for an hour for someone to come and talk. The very unfriendly owner told me that it could the wiring that is worng or the compuer itself is wrong so the expense could be couple of thousand dollars. To dignose it will be $ 100 and I will have to make an appointment.
His story to scam money from me did not work as I knew that the bulb is bad.
I took it to another nearby shop who replaced the bulb free with in 5 min.

For the three years I owned my GLK I’ve gone to Tuan for routine maintenance. He has always been exceptional with his service and recommendations and prices. He is fully trained by Mercedes and all he does is Mercedes. In other word, if anyone knows Mercedes, Tuan is it. Will have to say goodbye to him and his wife for now as I have gone fully electric with an i3. But will be sure to head back his way if I ever own another Mercedes.

I found Mercedes European Motors on Unilocal and saw all the awesome reviews. I’ve gone in the shop for several services since I have an older model Mercedes. I’ve received excellent service consistently from Tuan. He’s knowledgeable, very honest and professional. Lidia, his wife, is also very professional, nice and sweet. I highly recommend this shop.

I went in for an oil/​oil filter change for my 2012 C250. Tuan went over what’s included in the standard Mercedes Benz 10k service interval package and I opted for just the oil change since I just bought my car 8 months ago and it still has low mileage. Tuan was completely honest with me and did not pressure me in any way to get the more expensive service package as opposed to just the oil change.
Tuan and Mike are both Mercedes master certified technicians and use only parts and oil shipped directly from the dealership. Having master certified technicians change your oil is overkill and akin to having a 5 star chef make you a grilled cheese sandwich, but I’m glad they are willing to do standard maintenance.
I hope it never happens, but If my car ever gives me trouble I will be back. These guys are honest and straightforward and I felt very comfortable with them. I will definitely come back for the full service package in the future.

I had my C350 towed to the dealer last week for a major repair but eventually had to have it towed away to Tuan’s shop because the dealer’s estimate was ridiculously high. Tuan saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me the peace of mind that one would not get from any dealer’s service techs. Tuan always goes above and beyond and I really appreciate it and am very glad that I found him. He even found something that the inept dealer service techs missed, probably intentionally, when they diagnosed my car. That would have cost me major headache and major money.

Got my rotors and front breaks done on my e350 Mercedes. Tuan is a great guy he told me everything i needed to know even showed me my old rotors and break pads.

Great place for an oil change, dont waste your money at the dealerships like I did for so long.
They are very kind and easy to talk to people, i realy enjoyed my experience with them. Its hard for me to trust «car people» but I trust these guys. Did a quick, clean oil change on my Mercedes and changed lightbulbs as well. Worked with me to schedule an appt that met my schedule.
