In addition to computer break-​fix repair we have extensive experience and knowledge in malware/​virus removal, operating system (Windows and Apple Macs) and software installation/​upgrade and troubleshooting, data backup and transfer services, wired and wireless networking, remote access, HP/​Compaq ProLiant and DELL server setup, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance. We are experts on desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network services, and cloud storage technologies. For our business clients, we also offer outsourced and managed IT services.

Prior to the founding of GEEK911 its chief Geek, Robert Sarkes, served as a «hands-​on» IT Manager for a number of high-​tech Silicon Valley start-​up companies. He then became IT Director at eProNet (a competitor to Mon​ster​.com later acquired by Expe​ri​ence​.com) followed by IT Director at APX, Inc. (an innovative technology and service solutions provider for the energy and environmental markets).
