Jonathan was very responsive, able to come out the day i called him (on a Saturday). I was wanting his help to help us get our pool back to clean from a fairly dark green, and he was able to do it in a week. He quoted me a flat rate, then came back multiple times until the job was done. thanks, Jonathan!

Jonathan is extremely professional and delivers a clean sparkling spa better than He promises. Very few people these days take extra care and deliver more. He was here on time within 2 hours of calling Him, finished the work better than He promised. Although it took Him longer than He had expected, He did not charge more. Great job. I am very particular and this is only my 3^rd review on Unilocal.My reviews definitely need to be earned and would gladly recommend Jonathan to anyone.

Jonathan was amazing and knowledgeable. We had a hot tub that had never been used for 5 years since we bought our house and I was nervous about even opening the cover. Jonathan was great over the phone to talk me through the basics and pricing and then came out for a full inspection, detailing, and getting it up and running in less than a day. He was also very honest in letting us know that the filter he thought needed to be replaced was actually clean enough to be used longer. He also walked us through what needed to be done so we could maintain the hot tub on our own and saved us additional expenses. Husband and kids love to jump in the hot tub now after a long day. I’ve just started using Palermo Pool and Spa for my swimming pool. Jonathan is a very down to earth guy and very good at what he does. So far, he’s been great cleaning and maintain my pool and is very knowledgeable. I’m glad that I found the right person to help me clean/​maintain my pool.

We’ve been maintaining our pool ourselves but ran into mechanical problems when the pump stopped working, so we needed help diagnosing the issue and getting back on track. Jonathan came out the same day we called, fixed the issue and gave us some helpful tips for general maintenance that have proved valuable. I’d happily call again in the future if we ever run into this kind of thing again!

Jonathan is the best! I called multiple services and kept getting turned away as they didn’t want to service a jacuzzi without the pool. Jonathan came the very same week and was able to take care of everything I needed. He even trained me how to maintain between his scheduled services. After getting quotes from multiple folks, I decided to go with Jonathan Heying with Palermo spa & pool. Jonathan arrived on time as scheduled and spent more than an hour for orientation. During the orientation, he was really patience to answer my all questions. He explained me all the necessary things to maintain my pool comfortably and also provided the notes to refer in future. He also helped me to clean my filter for no cost for the first time. He is very knowledgeable, very patient, and honest guy. I called him twice later as I have more questions and he called me back right away. You can also text his cell phone if you have further questions, very prompt to reply. I found him very economical as compare to other folks in bay area. I noticed most of other folks not available on weekend and they will call you back on week days when you leave voice message. I also wanted him to come for next two months for maintenance and was ready to pay him but he was honest enough to say i don’t need his services till summer and will be wasting money.
I am going to call Jonathan whenever I need any pool services and I feel very comfortable now to have somebody like him available always on my back.
I will definitely recommend using his services for anybody who purchased a home with a pool & spa. Five stars to him!!!

Wow, I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to get companies to provide specific, line-​item pricing on the various tasks required for a pool renovation. I had Jonathan come out and give me a quote to replace out our skimmer and run new return lines for our pool. The pricing provided was very fair, and I was very happy with the work that was done. Jonathan provides great spa service. I called him to repair our spa, and he came out the very next day at the time he said he would be here. He had the motor replaced and spa working in two hours. His rates are really reasonable, much better than his competitors. It’s so refreshing to work with a business owner who really cares about providing good service.

My Pastor bought a large on top of the ground pool for all his 6 children i July this year. After a week of lots of kids playing in the pool, he noticed the water getting cloudy. He spent all the time needed to thoroughly explain to my Pastor on how-​to test, treat and maintain his new investment. My Pastor was so happy! Palermo Pool and Spa came through, immediately, offered him follow-​up and the this day, even though summer is over, my Pastor’s pool remains sparkling and he told me, anytime he needs help, he knows who to cal; Jonathan, his POOL-​MAN!
