Breadfruit can best be described as Caribbean fusion cuisine; The flavors are of French, Spanish, and African roots. It is food with a «kick». We specialize in jerk meats and original recipes utilizing Caribbean style flavors.
History
Established in 2011.
Breadfruit Catering began in my home kitchen with my then roommate Tracy. Each night we would concoct a three course meal while dreaming of running a food truck, offering Caribbean cuisine. Then in 2010 We set out to do just that. I went to culinary school and got a degree in culinary arts. We did our first gig in 2011 at the Crucible in Oakland Ca. Menu consisted of Tostones, Rice and beans, Salad, Jerk Chicken and Caribbean stile slaw.

Born in Haiti to African and Italian parents. I came to the US when i was 8 years old. I have a business degree from Dominican University and a associate from City College of San Francisco. I have a pasion for cooking and love to build things. I have a friendly disposition and a sense of humor.
