Great service. Honest, on time, clean. Recommend them highly and without reservation. Their prices were competitive as well. Used them to put ductless air conditioning in my 3 story home.

We needed to replace the heating system in our home and wanted to add A/​C if possible. A (mostly) ductless mini-​split turned out to be the best way to go and Evergreen worked with us to come up with the best design. Unlike many other companies, they were not afraid to use a ducted mini-​split as part of the system and recommended it for our bedrooms instead of trying to claim a wall unit would work.
Installation was very well done and was finished on schedule. The installers made sure to install everything with care and I was very happy with the experience. However, we ended up having problems with the positioning of the thermostats between zones, and Evergreen worked with us over several months to solve it. There were no extra charges and they made sure we were satisfied with our complete system. So far everything has been working for 9 months and it’s all been great!

These were the people who responded promptly to my emergency. Jesse was kind, helpful and diligent. These are my new furnace peeps!

We got bids for a ductless mini-​split system (to replace the original boiler in our 1912 home) from about 7 different companies. Evergreen was the last company to come out so we knew our stuff by then and could ask good informed questions. I know all of these heating companies get wildly varied reviews so I was nervous. From start to finish, working with Evergreen was really fantastic. Now, 6 months later, they’ve been very responsive to questions that have come up (very minor in nature) and even sent out an electrician to rectify an issue preventing us from finalizing the electrical permit on the job. They went above and beyond and we are very happy. And so super excited to use our AC this summer! :)

another great experience with this company. They came out to service the furnace at my rental. It was ‘acting up’ so they came out quickly and were able to get the parts needed to get it up and going again quickly. Appreciate the fast service and the phone calls to keep me posted on what needed to be done and how much it would cost.

Bummer, I had high expectations because of the reviews here. I had someone out to service my furnace. Upon inspection, it was discovered that there were some cracks in our heat exchanger. Given it’s age and quality, this did not come as a big surprise to me. The tech and I briefly looked over a number for replacement options and he told me he would get me formal quotes for the options I selected by the end of the day or the following morning and that he would check into the warranty status of our current furnace. Hearing nothing the following day, I sent an email reminder. I received a response shortly after saying I’d have the quotes within a few hours… but I didn’t. Again, the next day, I sent a request for the quotes. Finally, later that day, I received a quote for ONE unit, not the two we discussed having quotes for. I followed up asking which unit the quote was for, if I could get a quote for the other unit we discussed, and if he’d heard anything about my warranty. That was 4 business days ago. I was ready to give them my money if they had just followed through.
UPDATE: Evergreen has reached out to try to resolve the issue. I’ve already received the quotes I asked for including good detail regarding the options. Will follow up when I know more.

I selected Evergreen because they were competitively priced and had good reviews. They lived up to the hype. Jesse was there right at the beginning of the time window and was quick but thorough. He even showed incredible patience, as I locked us out of the house and had to wait for my wife to come home with a key. Jesse explained clearly all the services that he performed inspecting and cleaning or gas furnace. Very happy with the service.

They replace my furnace completely last year, They installed it well, however, they didn’t care about investigating low air
15 years old furnace was blowing better than this new two stage with variable blower. they tried everything to ignore my compliant. until they schedule a check up and blame the issue on duct design even when they replaced part of my duct as part of the new install of the furnace. I tell you, they are not great, their install is okay, their care and follow up sucks. if you got Curtis as your installer ask for change, he is going to skip any extra work or care if he can.

I need a tune up for my Trane gas furnace and called Evergreen after some research. Easy appointment set up. On the appointment day I got a courtesy call from Jesse10 min before his arrival. He is very professional and honest with the condition of my furnace. So easy to work with. I asked him many questions regarding heating and he was very patience. Would highly recommend Evergreen and Jesse to my friends and clients.

My old heating system was from the 60’s so it was time to get something new. Evergreen came out and gave us a quote that included 3 different options and prices. Very professional and reasonable. After I decided to go with them they also arranged for a rebate from Seattle City Light and took care of the paperwork.
Their crew was professional and got a pretty big job done on time with no hassle. Good customer service before and after the job. I would be happy to recommend them for any job big or small when it comes to heating or AC.

These guys are great. I used to use Brennan Heating for our heat pump maintenance, but they weren’t as good on customer service as Evergreen is, and their prices seemed to go up dramatically every year.

We used Evergreen for a tune up on our gas furnace. They were prompt and professional with no muss or drama. Highly recommended.

Jesse was my technician and he was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, on time – all good things! I signed up for a two-​year service package because our furnace is 26 years old and may just break down at any point. Jesse replaced the filter for me and showed me where it was, and also tested the components to ensure they were working within tolerances. One of them was low, so we replaced that component. They also sent a tech just in case the furnace wasn’t working properly and needed diagnostic (new home, first time having furnace serviced).

Used them for myself and recommend to my clients as well. Highly recommendable.

Professional, excellent customer service and polite and knowledgeable help. I’m just disappointed that they will no longer service our area so now have to find someone else to do the yearly service.

Not every biz knows or cares about what is good customer service, Evergreen does.
