Our Full Service Property Management offers property owners the ability to completely forget about your investment properties. We will handle all aspects of your property from the finances to the faucets. (Lease agreement, collecting rent, utility payments, grounds care, and building maintenance.) We have the people, the tools, and the expertise to accommodate a wide variety of real estate investment and management requirements. History

Established in 2007.

Shell Property Management is a full service Property Management company located in West Seattle. We offer start to finish leasing, property management, and maintenance services. We specialize is single family up to 10 unit properties. We currently manage property in, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Issaquah. We work very hard to increase the return on our owners investment.

We manage rental units throughout the Puget Sound region. At Shell Property Management we strive to find very qualified tenants. We run thorough background checks on our tenants. We run credit as well criminal background checks. We screen for tax liens, bankruptcies, frequent slow pays, high debt to income ratios, sex offenders, felons, misdemeanors — etc.

Once we have placed a tenant we give them several payment options, but we encourage them to set up an auto E-​Payment account — Our software electronically transfers rent funds from the tenants checking account into our Real Estate Trust Account on

Elena earned her MBA in International Finance and went to work for a large international company. That experience allowed her to realize she preferred working one-​on-​one with people. Transitioning to residential real estate has given her this opportunity.
