History

Established in 2011.

Kevin Harasimowicz and Mike Kenney, the business owners and founders, got into the business through helping clients acquire small apartment buildings as their real estate agents. Kevin and Mike found themselves assisting their clients with many aspects of the management process after having sold them an investment property. Through this process, the management company more or less grew out of these business relationships with past real estate clients.

Kevin makes his living selling and managing real estate, but he also practices what he preaches. He owns and manages 3 investment multi-​families in Queen Anne and Kirkland and believes that income producing real estate is by far the best long term investment option in any marketplace today.

Over his career, Kevin has demonstrated the ability and determination necessary to make Sound Property, LLC an immediate success. Kevin’s extensive knowledge of the local rental market, all property types and experience with multiple remodel and maintenance projects gives him a competitive advantage when advising clients on the best decisions to make to achieve their goals. Commitment to his clients needs has turned repeat business and referrals into a self sustaining company that has thrived and will continue to grow in good and bad economic times.
