This place is great! We were in the market for a very specific truck and found it on line at Top Notch. We went in to drive it and were provided very friendly and helpful service. I bought a 1998 Corvette on 1−15−16. They let me take the car during the hold on the insurance check. The car was sold «as is» but they fixed the A/​C heating module, the oil pressure gauge, a vacuum leak and recharged the a/​c. I was expecting a bill for $ 850.00 or more. They charged me $ 519.00. Graham is the owner, very fair and honest. Josh and Mike are great guys, willing to give me a ride to where ever while my car was being fixed. They had to keep it overnight so gave me a loaner to drive. I highly recommend these people especially the ladies as they will not take advantage.

Well what can I say? I wish I could say that that my experience with Top Notch was quick and easy but I can’t as they took every step they could to ensure that my car was the best it could be before they sold it to me. It may have taken a week but it was time very well spent! I was in the market for a very niche car and after a little perusal of their inventory they found the car that was perfect for my needs. Dealing with Top Notch was as smooth as phoning an old friend, really a pleasure to work with!

Let me tell you if I could give this place 6 stars I would. Just got finished signing the docs for my New Truck! Josh and Mike hands down are GREAT Salesmen and know their stuff! For being a small dealership they have a wide selection of cars and trucks at GREAT PRICES! I walked in not really knowing what I wanted. But then found the Truck I’ve always wanted 4WD drive, 6.0 DuraMax engine, Allison transmission, tonneau cover and TV’s in the headrest my daughter will love! Josh and Mike were very patient with us and did not push us to buy anything. They are going to put the finishing touches on my truck so I can pick up my truck next week. I can’t wait to take the family out for a drive up to Big Bear in a couple of weeks and try out that 4WD drive. I definitely would recommend Top Notch Auto Locators to all my family and friends! Love love love this place, I needed a commuter car and I needed a new windshield for my H2… Graham totally help me out, I was able to get the car I wanted and my windshield fixed while I waited. These guys are awesome… Grass roots legit!

Be thorough when looking over these vehicle and don’t let the online pictures get you too excited. A bit overpriced considering the condition and high mileage of the cars available. Someday, used car salesman will learn to steer away from the typical «used car salesman.» At best, Mid-​Notch may be a more suitable name for this dealer!

TOP NOTCH AUTO IS FANTASTIC! I hate EVERYTHING about buying cars and they have turned me around! We found the car we loved on their website… got pre-​approved the next day… had a lovely test drive and papers drawn up within an hour!

I’m very skeptical of used car dealers but this company is different! They are not high pressure and they really stand behind their vehicles. If there is a problem, they fix it. And everyone there is professional and really care about there customers!

There are no words that can describe Josh Welton and Graham at Top Notch Auto. I am a single mom who was in desperate need of a vehicle bad and literally only had 500 dollars in my pocket and no chance with the larger dealerships. So searching online application after application pre approval after pre approval Josh called me. I explained to Josh my situation and he told me to come in the next day and we would figure out something.
I went in the next day and sat down with Josh and we came to a mutual agreement on a car that would work for my kids and I. Drove off in the car that day.
Since that day I have been in constant contact with both Josh and Graham. They have come to my rescue and helped me with my car in every shape and form.
The customer service and great feeling that I have had with both Josh and Graham is like I have added two people to my family and i will recommend anyone and everyone to use Top Notch Auto.

I called about a vehicle before heading to Temecula, and the gentleman on the phone said all was OK with it. Upon arrival, the car was not remotely well.
Here are a few findings when I actually inspected/​drove the car:
1. Engine rattling and with excessive noise
2. Mismatched color on the side where they did not take pictures of
3. Carfax inquiry via the call was said to be good, but not the case when I asked for it and examined it myself (multiple accidents)
4. Then they tried to up-​sell me via their warranty plan instead of addressing these issues, and acted like he was doing me a favor by maybe knocking off «a few hundred bucks» since I’m in the military. Kidding me.
How about sell quality merchandise and not practice shady tactics?
This was my first experience dealing with a used car dealer, and it unfortunately lived up to the stereotype. I would explore other options before hitting this place up.
