Best Trails & Travel

I called B&T to reserve two buses for a high school trip, and they worked everything out for a fun day at Dorney Park; they arranged the buses, tickets, and a buffet lunch for an incredible price. The drivers were professional and fun to work with, and all of the planning and execution on their part was well done. Unfortunately, it poured all day :(

I must say. i am highly disappointed with Best Trails! I don’t usually write reviews but i felt compelled to let people know how my company rented a 46 passenger bus from BT in hopes of landing a brand new account with a respectively large firm, not only was BT given a certified check but was also informed that the bus will have to return to pick the clients back up at 4pm. So let me put this in layman’s terms, WHOA… the driver left our client’s stranded like they were nonentities. Apparently the driver was given another job while still in Connecticut with our clients and decided to leave 46 people stranded in Connecticut with no way of getting back to the city, our clients felt victimized and unfairly treated, and BT categorically denied ever agreeing to transport our clients back to the city! Stupid question here, but how was they supposed to get back, Best Trail? Don’t be ridiculous!
With the grace of God, in very short notice, (a company we, and you should try using) Center City sent 1 small bus and a van to pick up our clients and returned them back to the city safely. so if confidence is what you want, for your child’s prom, a wedding, or any other special event, don’t put your confidence in Best Trail…
