We went with Julio after we saw the reviews-​he did an ok job-​the laminate has swelled up in places. But the most annoying aspect was he did not stick to the rate he told us he would do the job for initially. He kept saying «Oh this a surprise» so that adds another 75 cents per sq footage and another surprise and added another 75 cents per square footage. So we eventually got charged way more than what was initially quoted. I would not recommend Julio.

Julio is great, he did an awesome job. Found Marin floor from the craiglists and I’m glad for my decision. He so passion keep back and forward multiple time because my house had a leaking problem the floor was wet. He lent me a dehumidifier machine for free and check the water level multiple time make sure everything is good to go before installing the laminate floor. He can work with tight budget but still come out with a good result, and I will use his service again on my next house project. Thank you for making my home beautiful!

Julio gave us the best rate in remodelling our home and he finished the work on time.
The laminate flooring he installed looks great. The installation cost was cheap. He helped us find the best materials for best price and bring it to the site. He is a nice guy to deal with and you can trust him with your house. He did kitchen remodelling, flooring and bathroom remodelling for us. We got so many great comments about the work he did. Our house looks a million times better now. Thanks Julio.

i wish i could give more stars, for our house remodeling these guys did new laminate floor for the entire house, intially we did not think of changing base board but Julio convinced us to get a new baseboard, it totally changed the look of the flooring and painting with new bigger baseboard. These guys are easily reachable and good at their job. I highly recommend for flooring.
