Sun Spaces specializes in Sunroom, Green Built Room Additions as well as General Remodeling projects. We handle everything from the design to the final product and have completed more than 4,500 projects.

History

Established in 1978.

In 1978 Keith the founder started in construction as a concrete contractor in Iowa, moved to Alaska and built many commercial projects and then migrated south to the Seattle area where he started a sunroom company. The actual ownership of Sun Spaces has changed from Keith to his sons Aaron and Beau (ABS Construction, LLC) who run the business hands on for the building of the projects while Keith now handles design and sales and permitting of all projects.

In 2007 we were the 5^th largest franchise out of more than 300 nationwide for Four Seasons Sunroom to where we were building more than 100 projects per year.

We now offer our own Green Built Room Addition product line where we are able to build sunrooms that are better looking, service the owners needs more and are less costly than the manufactured products that we previously offered.

Manager

Maria is Keith’s wife and she handles all of the office, bookkeeping and accounting duties for Sun Spaces. Without her this business would never be able to get anything done because of all of the hidden things that most people just take for granted, she handles them all!
