He began his company offering lot striping and sealcoating services and was able to expand his company to full time work and incorporate asphalt repair and woodworking construction.

He is the main contact for completing estimates and job details. Deans hobbies are fly fishing, hunting, and boating. He has a daughter named Karly and a golden lab named Cady.
