Tom and Susan were very nice. They visited my place before cat sitting for documentations and a key. Susan took care of my cat for two days, and I really satisfied what she has done. They are very professional and every day Susan sent me a text message about my cat’s condition. I will definitely go with them for my next business trip.

We’re tardy in leaving this review, but have used Tom several times and have been very impressed. We have a challenging crew of an adult dog, a puppy, 3 cats and a large aquarium which didn’t faze Tom a bit. Our trips away with him at the helm at home have been among our most relaxing, given the peace of mind of knowing that we’d return to a safe and happy pile of pets. The texts and pictures he has sent us help to keep our separation anxiety at bay. Thanks to his professionalism and warmth, I’m not sure the pets miss us at all! Of all the pet sitting services we’ve tried before, Tom’s has been the only one to really earn our trust. You will not regret hiring him.

Tom did a wonderful job looking after our dog while we were on a trip. He took careful notes on the details (food and medication), and he did a great job working with a dog who is fearful of new people. He even sent us updates and pictures. He’s a smart, professional guy whose love of animals comes shining through. We continue to use his services.

I am fairly picky when it comes to pet sitters, because after all my dogs are like my kids. As soon as I met Tom, I was completely comfortable with the idea of leaving my dogs in his care. He was very professional, and very thorough during the interview. This is important to me, because I want to make sure my pet sitter has all of the details in case I can’t be contacted. Tom covered everything, and even thought of things I forgot to tell him. He was flexible on times and last minute needs which was very helpful since I didn’t have a set schedule in my new job. I didn’t even worry about my dogs during my long work hours, because I trusted that they were in very capable hands. Tom is also going through a dog training program, so that was an added bonus because he was able to help with a few issues my dogs were having. I would recommend Tom and ATH Pet Concierge to anyone.

Tom is awesome. Sequoia can’t wait to see him when he stops by before we leave and after we return. I know she’s in good hands. Even the plants look happy because they stay watered on extended trips!

I don’t know where we would be without Tom. He has been so helpful in taking care of our rescue dog Charlie. Charlie suffered from severe seperation anxiety and through Tom’s patience and consistent visits, we have helped the problem to become much more manageable. He gave us great tips and ideas to make the dog more comfotable when we were gone. I honestly dont know of another pet sitter who would go through that much trouble. Tom is so great with the dog and we know our boy loves to see him each week when he comes to take him for a walk. He is very reliable and is great with updates on the pets even without having to ask. I have had him pet sit also and it is great to have the reassurance of someone who can take such good care of your pet while you are gone. I highly reccommend his services and cannot put into words how helpful he has been to us.

Outstanding service! Had them keep an eye on our two cats while we were out of town. Very personalized attention. I felt great knowing Tom was there giving them attention. He even texted a pic of the more social goofball to us.

I can’t say enough good things about Tom and ATHPC. It is so nice to be able to travel, and know that my dogs are in the best of hands. He makes it so easy and convenient by staying at my house. The dogs are very well taken care of. He walks them and plays with them as if they were his own; the dogs absolutely adore him!
