Agile Building Construction LLC is a general contractor providing quick, affordable, and high quality services that include remodeling, renovation, repair, maintenance, and construction. Our primary focus is residential homes, though we also do commercial work.

Agile Building Construction is a member of the Master Builders Association (MBA) of King and Snohomish Counties. Choosing a Master Builders Association member gives you the peace of mind you need while working on the home of your dreams.

Agile Building Construction is also a Built Green member, whose mission is to promote environmentally friendly home building methods and practices, and to enhance our communities through leadership in sustainable development.

We serve Seattle, King County, and all of Washington state.

We are based in Columbia City, so customers in the Rainier Valley and nearby are preferred for quick service.

Business Owner

Cole Chesnut founded and actively manages Agile Building Construction. Cole has over 18 years experience in the construction industry with excellent references. Previously he worked as carpenter, foreman, and superintendent for leading general contractors in the Seattle area. He recently served as consultant and project manager on several energy projects around the world. Now Cole has returned home with a mission to apply his skills for the benefit of our local community.
